At AlbiGlow, our journey began with something deeply personal—a lifelong struggle to find hair care that worked for my textured, coarse, and dry hair.

As an individual living with albinism and vision impairment, I’ve navigated a world that often overlooks people who look like me. Growing up, I rarely saw products designed for hair that was different from hair that needed more than a passing mention on a label. The frustration of trying dozens of leave-ins, oils, and treatments that never delivered real results turned into a question I couldn’t ignore: Why isn’t anyone taking our needs seriously?

The answer, I realized, was simple. Too many brands treated textured hair as an afterthought. They skipped the science, watered down the formulations, and relied on empty marketing promises. So I decided to create what I couldn’t find: a product grounded in rigorous research, advanced formulation, and the belief that everyone deserves hair care that meets them where they are.
