Shipping
Orders ship from the United States within 2 business days. Standard shipping is 3 to 6 business days. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order leaves our lab.
International
We currently ship to the U.S. only. International shipping is coming soon, join the list to be notified.
Returns
DRIP is a personal care product. For hygiene and safety, we can only accept returns on unopened bottles postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Email support@albiglow.com to start a return.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo to support@albiglow.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free of charge.
